Ingredients Needed for Sandwiches:

White Bread
Whole Wheat or otherUnderline Brown Bread
8 ounces Cream Cheese- softened
4 ounces Olives

Have on Hand:

Small Mixing bowl
Cutting Board
Plastic knives
Spatula for mixing
Hand shape cookie cutter

Directions:

1.  Wash and Dry hands.
2.  Using plastic knives and cutting board, chop up olives (the sign of peace) until diced well.
3.  Using spatula, combine the cream cheese and olives until well blended.
4.  Using the hand cookie cutter, cut out one brown hand and one white hand from slices of bread.
5.  Spread one slice with the olive cheese mixture.  Top with other hand. (Symbolizing the two hands of different colors coming together as one).
6.  Place on plate and decorate with olive pieces for nails, and carrot , nut or pepper pieces for watch or cuffs on the hand.

* If you don't have a hand cookie cutter, you can trace around the hand on the bread with the plastic knife and cut out a hand shape that way.
