There are 46 finger puppets in this set. Each puppet has an upper
case letter on one side, and a lower case letter on the oppisite
side. The number puppets have a numeral on one side and
quantities on the other side. There are extra vowels for spelling
words on our fingers. Do you want a task analysis of this
activity--lay out all the letters--the child has to visually scan for
the letters he wants, then he has to pick up the ones he wants. Then he
has to place the letters in the appropriate order on the fingers of his
hands (pinch grasp and tactile sensation) and then he has to wiggle his
fingers (isolating finger movements) and verbally say the letters
(auditory processing). What a great activity!!!!!
